Who is Rusty Fox?

The name Rusty Fox came about from the dog Foxy, so named for her beautiful rusty orange coat. She was a constant companion for adventures, work days, and home life. While she is no longer with us, her name and image live on in our logo.

Jake McGlothlin, Owner

Jake is the owner of Rusty Fox Media. He has 15 years of experience with content creation and digital marketing, from working in small, boutique fly shops to managing branding and social media accounts for multinational corporations. He and his wife, Kaitlyn, live in Livingston, Montana with their son Brantley and daughter Mariah.

Bevan Sullivan, Marketing Associate

Originally from Rochester, Minnesota Bevan grew up with a passion for the outdoors which was a strong driving force behind his decision to move to Montana. He and his two brothers, Angus and Liam, one by one made their way out west pursuing a life of adventure and yearning for a deeper connection with the outdoors. He attributes his love for fishing, backpacking, rock climbing, and all the wonderful things Montana has to offer, to his mom and dad. Bevan remembers countless early mornings where he and his brothers were awakened to an overly caffeinated dad who had already rigged all the rods and had their dinky little boat , (The SS Tartersauce), ready to go. 

Bevan has been living in Livingston, MT for a handful of years now and he doesn't see himself leaving anytime soon, especially since he and his wonderful girlfriend, Avery, just bought their first home together!

Although he hasn't been with Rusty Fox Media for very long, he's a dedicated and hard worker.
